Hearts Minds and Flowers Refunds and Exchanges
- Product
1.1 As our customer, you are entitled to a refund if the item you’ve purchased is faulty, not of merchantable quality or not fit for its purpose. Hearts Minds and Flowers reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item.
1.2 If you are entitled to a refund if the goods are faulty but would prefer to exchange the item, Hearts Minds and Flowers is happy to exchange it for another item of the equivalent value. Please advise this on your Refund Request Form submission.
1.3 Hearts Minds and Flowers will not provide any refunds of purchase if you change your mind and Hearts Minds and Flowers is not at fault.
1.4 You must complete the (below)Refund Request Form including the Invoice number, the reason for the return, and include a photo of the product. Once this form has been received, we will review and advise the outcome of your refund request. Where a refund request has been approved the funds will be credited against the original method of payment, or your new product will be despatched to the same mailing address.
- Event ticket refunds
Hearts Minds and Flowers is not obligated to refund Event tickets once purchased. If Hearts Minds and Flowers cancels an event, you have the right to request a refund by heading to our Connect page to submit a message.
You can also request to donate the cost of the ticket to a charity supported by Hearts Minds and Flowers – refer to the Giving Back section on our website.
- General
3.1 Requests for a refund with supporting evidence can be sent by email.
3.2 Hearts Minds and Flowers will assess all requests for refund, endeavour to ensure that genuine errors are rectified and make the final decision on refunds. Hearts Minds and Flowers is under no obligation to give refunds other than if the item is faulty, not of merchantable quality or not fit for its purpose.
3.3 If a refund is issued or the amount adjusted and the difference refunded, the initial Tax Invoice on the purchase will be deemed void. Share The Dignity will issue a new Tax Invoice should an adjustment be made.
3.4Refunds will be made using the original method of payment.

This document may be changed when required in line with current best practice and other requirements, and to ensure that business needs are met. You will be advised of any changes as far in advance as possible of the change being made.
